Motley-Motley is hiring Construction Laborers to support paving, roadway, and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and ready to grow in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
Assist crews with site preparation, paving, and cleanup
Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely
Support operators, drivers, and supervisors as needed
Follow safety procedures and jobsite instructions
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Construction experience preferred but not required
