Position Overview

Motley-Motley is hiring skilled Equipment Operators to support asphalt paving, roadway construction, and site development projects. Operators play a key role in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as pavers, rollers, graders, loaders, and excavators

• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks

• Work closely with crew members to maintain production flow and jobsite safety

• Follow grade, slope, and material specifications as directed

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating construction or paving equipment

• Ability to read grade stakes and follow site plans

• Strong attention to safety and equipment operation standards

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• CDL preferred but not required (depending on equipment)
